3Account Security and Responsibility

5Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

6Gameplay, Bets, and Platform Rules

11Account Suspension and Closure

uuu88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified remaining balance in PHP will be returned to the player through their registered payment channel, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.
